We are in-network with most major carriers such as Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Medicare, MultiPlan, GEHA, UMR, and many others. Our dedicated billing specialists manage all claims and paperwork directly, so patients can focus on their health—not the hassle.
We currently do not accept Humana, Health Net, Lifeprint, Secure Horizons, Banner Health Network, or any AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) plans.
