INSURANCE COVERAGE

Most insurance plans cover most of you out of pocket expense. They will cover your CPAP, BIPAP, APAP, MASKS and Accessories if you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. We bill your insurance company directly, unlike most online providers who make you submit your own claim. Our billing office verifies insurance benefits, coordinates pre-certification and handles all forms and filing for primary and secondary insurance providers. Fairway Medical accepts  most health insurance plans. Make sure we are a in network provider.

your insurance may require you to be compliant

So you may be asking “What is compliant?”
Compliant is the measurement of how much you use your. You are not compliant unless you are using your machine at least 4 hours each night for 70% of the nights. So, if you use your machine 22 days out of 30 for at least 4 hours a night you are compliant. If you use your machine for 3 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, you were non-compliant. Most plans give you 3 months to be compliant.

Why is this important for you?
This is important for you because if you are noncompliant your insurance company will stop paying your claims. We go the extra mile so you don’t have to worry. We can re- fit you with a new mask, or re-teach how the machine works; We understand this is a partnership and we will help you become compliant and get the most out of your therapy.

  3. Have another sleep study to determine if you need a different therapy
